- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I really like this bank. Not crowded, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful employees. Kevin Baldwin especially was great at helping with my HELOC (and I shopped around a lot before BB&T). He explained everything clearly and laid out all my options. Their terms and rates were better than the other banks I checked by far. It is a little hard to reach him by phone (he's usually with someone) but it's worth it to work with him.By Andrea Sommers, November 08, 2016
